`the undersigned attorney, pursuant to Section 27.52, Florida Statutes, moves this

`Honorable Court to have the State of Florida incur the due process costs associated with
`
`the above-styled cause and authorize said due process costs. As groundstherefore, the
`
`Defendant would state:

`That the Defendantis charged with the following counts by

`Information in violation ofthe following Florida Statutes in the above-styled cause:
